I was born and raised in Richmond Virginia and have spent all of my earthly life in the same house near the city limits. I was homeschooled through high school and, upon graduation, took a year in which I planned to work and gain life experience. This did not come to fruition as I had an accident which resulted in a severe concussion just two weeks after graduation, and which put about a year of recovery in place. Towards the end that year I started working in a men’s clothing store in sales and began an undergraduate degree at a local community college. Towards the end of my time at college I began the process of applying to seminary and have just begun my first year of priestly formation.
