Shenandoah University
My name’s James O’Reilly and I was born in Goldsboro, North Carolina to Thomas and Teresa O’Reilly. I grew up in a military family and I have lived in North Carolina, England, Alabama, and Virginia. I spent most of my life in Yorktown, Virginia and I have been active at St. Joan of Arc parish. While growing up, I was involved with music, youth ministry, and the Boy Scouts. I am also an Eagle Scout recipient. I decided to attend Shenandoah University in Winchester, VA to earn my Bachelor’s Degree in Music Performance as a saxophonist. Besides performing in the various ensembles at Shenandoah University and participating in local music competitions, I took an active role in the Catholic Campus Ministry. I am currently in my 2nd Theology year at St. Mary’s seminary. Please continue to pray for our seminarians!
